My question for you today is, why is having a why so important? Well, let me tell you. It’s the reason you do what you do.
It should motivate you. It should make you cry and you should recite it to yourself every day.
My why is to spend more time with my wife and my two teenage daughters. Let me tell you about a book by Simon Sinek. It’s called ‘Start with Why’.
It’s a great book. He also has a great TED talk called ‘How Great Leaders Inspire Action’. In the book, he talks about the Wright Brothers and their invention of the airplane.
They were less financed, less publicized, yet they’re the ones who did it.
The reason is because they had a stronger why. They believed they could make a difference. Hope you got value here today. If you did, go to drstevesaboleads.com and I’ll see you on the next video.
