What’s the best way to get people to relate to your product or service?
Well, an answer to that question I actually attended Eric Worre’s Go Pro Recruiting Mastery the last few years and Susan Sly gave a wonderful lecture on that exact topic.
In her lecture she talked about five specific points, the five steps of persuasion.
Number one, the universal problem. You need to find the universal problem, for example if it’s weight loss you need to understand that 98% of diets don’t work, and when you understand this it makes you better able to relate to people
Number two, you need to understand what are the other alternate solutions from what you have? Ones that just don’t work. Again, it helps you relate to people. Number three, you need to know why is our solution better than the other ones? For example, it’s simple.
There’s a money back guarantee. What is the reason? You need to know that. Number four, what makes me qualified? Here is where you tell your story. Number five, what’s the evidence? You need to tell a story, give some data, and it needs to be believable.
Write out the presentation, get it out in front of lots of people. Did you know that using this formula actually leads to a 90% enrollment rate?
