What’s the best way to choose the right network marketing company for yourself? Most people choose a company for actually the wrong reasons. They choose it because either the product or the compensation plan.
The compensation plan – would a great compensation plan necessarily lead to success?
No, not really. In fact, there are a lot of people that switch network marketing companies, and if you find people who are having success in the company, obviously the compensation plan is adequate.
That’s not a good reason. Choosing it because of the product’s not really a good reason either.
Let me give you the best four reasons to choose a network marketing company.
One: Community. Two: Training. Three: Support. Four: Leadership.
Even that doesn’t assure you success, because it’s really all about you. They can teach you, they can help you overcome problems, they can help you learn the skills. If you join the company, and you have problems with the upline, or the company, they may be very hard to overcome.
Again, top four reasons to choose a network marketing company: Community, training, support, and leadership. Comp plan and product are probably the next most important

Also, don’t just look at one thing, for example, the product. You may say, “Oh, wow, there’s no other company that has a product like this one,” but no product is unique, and there’s always competition out there.
When you build a team, it’s not about the product, but it’s really about the community. Just because your product doesn’t compete with other network marketing companies, your community does, if you compare the companies.
It’s like a church, for example. They’re competing for the community in the area where the church is. Another thing, remember, don’t blame anybody if you have difficulty, except yourself.
