Hello everybody, Dr. Steve here, my topic today is “What to do with an inactive team”.
So, say you’re out there, you’ve got your business and you look at your team and nobody is really doing anything despite any efforts that you may have made.
What do you do? You know what you do, you build a new one. You know there’s a saying out there and the saying goes something like this “It’s easier to give birth than resurrect the dead.”
I know it’s a silly expression but really it’s very applicable here in network marketing. If you have an inactive team, what you should do is you should build the team, build a new one.
You know you should always be out there prospecting, finding new people. But by building a new team, what you’re doing is you’re getting an active team and you may actually resurrect some of this other people, they may get energized.
