Do you ever feel like you just don’t now where you’re going? Well, what I’d like to talk about today is vision, and vision is really very important.
Vision is the thing that’s going to guide you in your business, guide you in life to where you want to be.
Vision includes something called your “why.” We all talk about our “why.” Why is, why am I doing the business? I’m doing the business because I want to pay off debt. I’m doing the business because I want to spend more time with my kids.
Vision itself actually does include your “why” and vision is all about who you want to become and where you want to be. It’s internal. It pulls on you, and if you’ve ever struggled with something, this is something else that you want to include when writing up your vision.
Again, writing it down is very important. You want to be very specific about it. You want to hear it, you want to see it, you want to feel it.
For those of you who have read Napoleon Hill’s book, “Think and Grow Rich,” he talks about this all the time. He talks about writing down your vision, your dream, and reading it every single day when you wake up, when you go to sleep.
I can tell you that since November when I first wrote my vision down, I read it every day and I’ve adapted it as well. I’ve changed it several times as things in my life have changed.
