Today’s topic is tips on dealing with lazy people.
The first thing that’s important to say is probably not a good term to use lazy people, probably better to use potential. And also keep in mind that you get to choose the people that you work with.
It’s so important to obviously work with the active people, but if they’re not active and they show signs that they’re interested in being active, tell them to go out and prospect 10 people and report back to you.
In other words, to show signs that they’re going to be active. And if they’re not, well obviously you don’t want to work with them really at this time. You want to invite to group events and keep them as active as possible.
