First, let me start out with the number one key and that is “Be Yourself.”
Don’t be somebody different on social media as you are in person. In other words, find out about people, look at their profiles, look at their bio, ask them questions about their bio, where they’re from, that’s a great place to start.
Start conversations with people, but please the most important thing in the Don’t Column is don’t talk about business to start off.
Nothing turns me off more than people that start conversation and start with the business. They wanna recruit me, they want me to buy from them, “Do me a favor and buy from me.” Why should I?
