Hello everybody, Dr. Steve here. My topic today is “The keys to getting on your company incentive trip.”
You know what that key is? To have a vision. To see yourself at the place where the company incentive trip is.
Now I’m standing here in the lobby of the Grand Wailea Hotel.
The Grand Wailea is actually is on the island of beautiful Maui Hawaii and that is our next company incentive trip. It’s going to be at this hotel.
So, what I’m saying is to have a vision of being at this place. You don’t necessarily have to come here in advance but have a vision in advance, what the place looks like.
Watch videos and take pictures of the place. Have that ingrained in your mind and you’ll be well on your way to your company incentive trip.
