You know trust is so important in your business and its important both within your business as well as externally with prospects and clients.
You know I saw a video recently on the four factors in the trust equation and it as follows.
Number one, credibility. It’s so important to be credible. Reliability, it’s so important to be dependable.
Number three, intimacy. Do people trust you? Do they value you? And number four, self-orientation.
Are you more concern with yourself or with others. So keep in mind that you need to increase reliability, credibility, and intimacy, and decrease self-orientation.
