My topic today is, do you have a strategy to obtain loyal customers?
It’s so important in our profession to obtain loyal customers because customers are the lifeblood of our business.
I just saw a great video interview that Todd Falcone did with Jordan Adler. Jordan Adler wrote the great book “Beach Money,” and he talks about having a 20-customer strategy.
Do you know that he’s actually built a customer base of 2.5 million customers? What he does is he contacts family and friends and he’ll say to them, “Listen. I’ve been your friend for a long time.
I have this great line of products and I’d appreciate it if you would take a look at the products and see if you like them. I would love it for you to be my loyal customer, and I will treat you great.”
