You know what, I think the main thing here is that a lot of times your new business partners are just not prepared, and there are two topics I want to talk about very briefly.
Number one, you need to set expectations that are realistic. People need to realize that they’re not going to necessarily make money quickly and that it’s not going to be easy. So, have a talk with them.
Prepare them for the stumbling blocks that are ahead. Number two, it’s important to deal with negative opinions, because you’re going to come across people that have negative opinions of your business. It’s just only natural.
