My topic today is, “How to undo the damage if you spammed family and friends?”
Ever go to a dinner party and pitch people all the time or maybe you begged your family and friends to join you in whatever opportunity you’re in? Or maybe you only called your friends when you needed them to join your opportunity?
Well, my advice to you is if you treasure the relationship and you want to make amends, apologize. Here’s the key, you’ve got to be sincere about it and you cannot include a pitch in your apology.
College roommate, unfortunately, I called him numerous over the years and pitching him on every opportunity I had, I called him and I apologized and I was sincere and I didn’t pitch him.
