Listen, I’ve got to tell you when I started last year I was afraid of doing videos. You know what? Like any other fear, you just got to face it head-on.
Three common fears, number one, fear of how you sound on the video. You know what? You have to realize that, even on your first video, you have some value for people.
Use the system ILT; invest in a training, learn about it, and teach it. Number two, fear of how you look.
You’ve got to realize that you are awesome just the way you are, and people prefer people on videos that appear real.
Number three, fear of rejection. Don’t rely on the opinions of others.
