Hello everybody, Dr. Steve here, my topic today is “How to Increase Duplication in Your Business.”
You know there’s a great saying that says “you know it doesn’t matter if it works, it only matters if it duplicates” and it’s so true here in the home business industry.
I saw a video recently by Todd Falcone and he talks about two keys to duplication, “simplicity and systems.”
Number one, simplicity, you got to keep it simple so it duplicates better. And number two, systems, you need to have systems in place so when you get a new distributor he’s able to follow them simply and more efficiently.
