You know, as I always say you’re recruiting people on social media, it is critical to get them offline, get them on the phone.
So how do you do that? First, you want to engage in some conversation a little rapport building and then what you gonna do is say something like “Hey John, I wanna make sure that you have my personal cell phone number and email address, here it is. What’s yours?”
Now, what do you think the response is gonna be? Well in my experience most of the time they will give it to you and then you can take that conversation offline.
