Number one, you’ve got to be passionate. You got to be passionate about the business, about the product. Remember, if you don’t have product sales, you don’t have a business.
Training, you need to be trained on the company, on the product. And number three, stories.
You’ve got to develop stories about the product, about the business, with other people and yourself, in the business.
