My topic today is do you know what to expect from new distributors in your organization?
You know, Eric Worry said recently that if you take 100 new distributors in your organization, 70 of them would be what we call consumers.
They don’t recruit anything. They only buy the product. 20 of them would be social enrollers. They recruit one, maybe two people.
Five of them would be retailers and they recruit three to five people. Three of them would be recruiters. They recruit six to nine people.
Finally, we have the super recruiters. They represent two people. They would recruit 10 or more people.
The key about the super recruiters is that they drive your business and they’re responsible for 70% of the new distributors. Hope you got value. If you did, go to drstevesabo.com.
