Hello everybody, Dr. Steve here, my topic today is “Don’t love potential” What do I mean by that?
What I mean is love your teammates but don’t love their potential, don’t fall in love with their potential.
For example, you sign up a car salesman, he’s the number one seller of cars at this car dealership and you think “Oh my god! this guy is going to be amazing! He’s going to blow up this network marketing business.”
You know what? Don’t love the potential, love the person. Train him, teach him how to succeed, if not, you may lose him.
Remember, you can’t want it more for them than they want it for themselves. So love them, not their potential.
