My topic is do you need to know everything about your product? What I would say to that is, it is important to know about your product.
But there are some people out there who learn everything about the product and they tell everyone everything about it, and they go on and on.
There are people who go on and on for 30 minutes.
And you know what the prospect’s thinking? Do I have to know all that? I can’t learn all of that. And then they’re not interested.
So what I would say is it’s important to say less to more people. You can be really successful in your business if you actually don’t know that much about the product.
