My topic today is, “How to Clear Your Mind Before You Go to Sleep”.
Well, first off, it’s so important to avoid several things. You’ve got to stop watching the news. You’ve got to stop watching horror movies before you go to sleep. It puts you in a bad mood.
What you need to do is you need to think the following before you go to sleep. How would you feel if you had the most desired thing in life that you want right now?
Think of it. Picture it. What I do is, I write it down on a piece of paper on my alarm clock, so I remember to do this before I go to sleep. And you know what? It puts a smile on my face before my head hits the pillow.
