Hello everybody Dr. Steve here, my topic today is A Simple System to Keep Track of Your Prospects. You know what I learned this great simple system from Todd Falcone.
The first thing you do is get an activity log like this and what I do is to put the person’s name and log every call, email, and text.
Then what I do is I go into my iPhone and in the note section, I put the date and information about the encounter.
Finally, what I do is I go to iCal, I schedule a follow-up appointment and alert to go with that.
Very simple system. What I’ve done since then is I’ve edited a customer relationship manager from my company my league system pro.
What that does is it gives details about the encounter, it pre-formats emails, and you can schedule a follow up all in one place.
