My topic today is the differences between the mindset of an employee versus an entrepreneur.
You know, as an entrepreneur it’s so important to recognize that differences between the two categories.
First, job security. You know, Robert Kiyosaki talked about that in Rich Dad, Poor Dad, he talked about the fact that as you grow up most people are told to go to school, get a degree, get a job, and have good benefits.
That’s what employee mindset means. For an entrepreneur, it’s freedom. Number two trading time for money, this is what employees do, whereas entrepreneurs work ’till they get the job done.
Motivation, well employees they’re motivated by the job. And entrepreneurs, they’re self-motivated.
