My topic today is the most effective voicemails to leave to get somebody to call you back. You know I saw a great video recently by Tonya Aliza and she talked about this very thing.
Four key tips; number one, don’t say too much. Number two, create curiosity. Number three is, act busy. And number four is, leave a timeframe.
Let me give you two quick examples. First, you’re calling a prospect for the first time, you might want to say something like, “Hey, John, Steve here.
Call me back as soon as possible when you get this message.” Another scenario, you call the prospect, they’re looking at their video, you have a scheduled time and they don’t pick up the phone.
Say something like, “Hey, John, Steve here. I’m calling back at our scheduled time, I hope all are okay. You know, I blocked this time off for our call. Call me back as soon as possible.”
