My topic today is a great technique that I use to relax.
You know, when I get up in the morning, the first thing I do is I cite my affirmations, next my vision, and then I do something called workshop.
Workshop is done in a place that’s a very comfortable setting. I do it in another area of the house in a comfortable chair. I listen to some very relaxing music and I do this for about five to ten minutes.
Kind of like a meditation. What I do is I think of a positive experience that I had from yesterday, maybe an expression of gratitude to somebody, and you know what?
