Why Should You Go to Your Big Company Event?

Why should you go to your big company events? A follow up on that is, and what if you don’t have a team yet? Well, what I want to say first is, I want you to compare this to having a tutor.

When do you hire a tutor? Well, do you hire a tutor when you have an A in the class, or when you actually need help?

You need to go to big company events because that may be the reason that you don’t have a team, and remember, at company events it’s ten percent about skill and ninety percent about belief.

Both of these again are taught at the company events, but most importantly, at the company events, it’s about belief.

Your results in business are actually a reflection of your belief and your work ethic. You’re going to learn at the company events a lot of things. You’re going to learn daily routine of successful people.

You’re going to see successful people walk across that stage that are actually in worse shape than you are. You’re going to hear amazing stories of success.

The event itself is going to help you built belief. It’s going to change you, but you want to be there for your team, and you also want to be there for you because it’s the best way to build belief in your company.

You also want to set an example so that when you’re successful you can tell your team, “Before I went to the event I wasn’t successful, and after the event I became successful because my belief level was all the way up here.”

Help people draw the conclusion that going to events is important, promote the events. What you want to do, you want to show them that you had fun, you want to show them what you learned, you want to show them that it was amazing.
