First guys, I’d like to tell you I’m here on the shores of Nyack New York, and why is it important to have empathy.
It’s important to remember the expression people do business with people that they know, love, and trust. And nowhere is that more evident than having empathy for people.
You got to have empathy for people because that’s how they get to know you, love you, and trust you.
You know that’s where it all begins, having empathy, asking questions, being sympathetic to people, and finding out what are their hopes, what are their desires.
