Hello everybody Dr. Steve here, my topic today is, “How to pass out samples”.
You know this is a really important topic and it makes me recall a new team member that joined our team sometime last year and I gave her a call, welcome her to the team, I said, “First, I wanna teach you how to pass out samples of the product.”
She said, “I already passed them all out.” I said, “Really? Did you arrange for follow up for when you’re gonna contact them?” she said no.
Frankly, that’s like throwing the stuff in the garbage can. The key here, Eric Worre teaches, “If I, Would you? If I give you this sample, would you try it?” and then obviously they’ll say yes, “If I give you this sample, when would you try it?” and you do that to arrange for follow up.
You know what, if they can’t give you an answer, they’re not serious and you need to take back the carat, take it back.
