Hello everybody Dr. Steve here, my topic today is, “How to save time when recruiting on social media.”
You know, I’ve always been a firm believer that whether you recruit online or offline it’s important to get prospects on the phone.
I’ve always been also a believer that it’s important to get people on the phone first before you send a video or a link or an audio call;
But I think I’ve switched now that I’d listened to Ray Higdon’s video blog and what he says is:
“Look, let’s be productive. Let me send you the video first, this may or may not be for you. By the way, when will you be able to watch it? And then after you watch it, let’s get on the phone we can talk about it and we can be much more productive with our time, isn’t this a better way?”
