Hello everybody Dr. Steve here, my topic today is, ” 2 Tips To Help Unproductive Teammates Become Productive.”
You know, I saw this great video recently by Ray Higdon, and he talked about these 2 great tips.
Number one is to inspire people and number two is, understand levels of desire. First, inspire; you know there’s a great expression out there “People will do what you do not what you say.”
So, if you are a great teacher, you tell people what to do. Your team is not gonna grow unless you do what you teach people, so inspire people.
And finally, number two; what you need to do is you need to understand that not everybody wants to make a million dollars and tell people that’s fine.
