You know it’s really an important topic because you first and foremost have to remember that you have to be thankful for a good reliable customer.

 

 

It’s important to say the right thing and it’s important to keep in mind that you wanna remember and talk about the benefits and not the money.

 

So, what do you say, you say “Listen, John, I wanna thank you so much for being a reliable customer, it’s really important to me. What did you like best about the product?”

 

Then they give you an answer, and then you say “Well, I couldn’t help thinking that there may be other people out there who might enjoy the same type of benefit. And listen, it’s cruel if you can’t think of anybody.”, see what you wanna do, is you wanna get them thinking.
