Hello everybody, Dr. Steve here, my topic today is “How to Effectively Close Your Prospects”. I got this from Eric Worre’s great book, the key here is to ask positive questions not negative ones like, “What did you think?”.
Ask, “So what did you like best about what you just saw? And on the scale of one to ten with one being you have no interest, and ten being you’re ready to get started, what number are you?”.
If they’re ready to get started to ask the four questions. One, “If you were to get started on a part-time basis, how much money would you need per month to make it worthwhile?”
Number two, “How many hours per week could you commit?” Number three, “Over what period of time?” and number four, “If I could show you what you want, would you be ready to get started?”
In other words in the hours per week, dollars per month and over a certain period of months.
