Hello everybody, Dr. Steve here, my topic today is “How to Plan Your Daily Schedule”.
The first thing to keep in mind is that your daily schedule for tomorrow begins tonight.
So you need to plan it the night before so you don’t waste any time tomorrow.
What you need to do first is review all the things today that you didn’t get finish put them on the schedule and always put the important things first.
My daily schedule from Monday through Friday includes the following; number one, my affirmation, my positive thoughts.
Number two my vision, where do I see myself down the line, personal, family, business. Number three, workshop, my five minutes of meditation every morning.
Then I fill in when I’m going to the gym and of course prospecting calls.
