Hello everybody Dr. Steve here, my topic today is “A Review of the Movie Founder”.
I got to tell you I saw that movie the other night and I think it’s a terrific movie for entrepreneurs.
It details the life of Ray Kroc. It begins by telling the story of Dick and Mac McDonald the founder of Mcdonalds Hamburgers and an innovative way to bring out the hamburgers and to put the hamburgers together.
So, Ray Kroc had a vision that the McDonalds brothers just didn’t have. He sought to bring the McDonalds concept coast-to-coast through franchises.
But what he really found out was that he could really make money becoming a landholder.
So the Mcdonalds concept actually is, they find a great location, purchase the land, sell the franchise, and then rent out the land to the franchisee.
