You know most of us are employees that’s perfectly fine, nothing wrong with that but let me tell you, there are five key differences between the two mindsets.

 

Number one, do you trade time for money or do you get paid for the value you bring as with an entrepreneur?

 

Number two, do you want a secured job with benefits or do you want freedom, both time and financial?

 

Number three, when you meet somebody who has great ideas, do you fear that they’ll take your job or do you get excited to work with them?

 

Accountability, are you held accountable or self-accountable. And number five, motivation. Are you externally motivated with the job or self-motivated?
