You know there are those people out there who say that you should recruit business people professionals.
But I think it’s important not to leave out employees because you’ve got to remember that the most important thing here is not necessarily whether they are an entrepreneur or an employee but it’s the person’s desire, desire to succeed, it’s their why, that’s what’s most important.
So, if you recruit people with the employee mindset, you’ve got to teach them about entrepreneurship, you need to have them channel their desire in order to help them succeed and create an income that will exceed their full-time job.
