Hello everybody, Dr. Steve here, my topic today is “Common Problems When Dealing With Prospects.”
You know, I’ve got to tell you it’s very important to build rapport with your prospects but one of the big problems that people have is that they go on and on and on, they circle around and around with prospects, building rapport for months sometimes and they never actually get to popping a question “would you be open to taking a look?”
So, you see there are two problems with these. First, they recognize that you want something, you need something, and it’s also not duplicatable.
So my suggestion is yes build some rapport but get to the point, they’ll appreciate you more for this.
