Hello everybody, Dr. Steve here, my topic today is “2 Keys To Recruiting Professionals.”
You know, I got to tell you guys it is absolutely great to recruit professional people and you know why because it’s not your broke brother-in-law who’s lying on the couch.
You see, people like that they’re really not hungry, they’re actually needy. Better to work with hungry people like professionals.
So what are the two keys? The keys are, don’t hype and be straightforward.
So let me give you an example, “Hey John, you know, you’ve been very successful and I really admire that. Would you be open to taking a look at a site project I’m working on and if not, no problem.”
So do you see what you’ve done? You’ve asked if they’re open and you give them an out just like recruiting others.
