Hello everybody, Dr. Steve here. Today’s topic is “Techniques in Handling People from Dale Carnegie’s: How to win friends and influence people.”
You know, I recommend this book, totally I’m actually reading it for the third or fourth time now.
I thought we could go over the techniques in handling people that he talks about in the book, there’s three of them.
Number one, don’t condemn, criticise or complain. It puts people on the defensive, they don’t like it, they resent it.
Number two, give honest and sincere appreciation and be sincere with this.
Number three, always look at it from the other guy’s perspective, the other guy’s point of view in order to help them get what we want.
