Hello everybody, Dr. Steve here, my topic today is “How to Decide Which Distributors to Work With.”
You know this can be a very daunting task especially if you have a very large team but it’s always important to remember the expression “work with those who deserve your time not need your time.”
What that means is that you should look in your downline and when you see activity going on, contact that person and work with them.
Now, of course, you should always work with the new distributors, get them started, give them assignments but if they’re not doing the assignments, they’re not really engaged, move on to somebody else.
Now that doesn’t mean you should forget about that distributor, but go back to them from time to time, see if they’re interested in getting restarted.
