Hello, everybody Dr. Steve here, coming to you from Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. My topic today is why you should actively recruit during the holidays.
I got to tell you, first of all, people have lots of excuses, they have excuses all year round, but none more evident than during the holidays.
I don’t want to bother people while they’re Christmas shopping. I don’t want to upset people. I can’t bring up my business then.
What I would say to you is it’s a great time to reconnect with people. Give them a call, give them a text, tell them you want to confirm their contact information for the holiday cards.
You know what, you may not present the business to them at that time, but when you call them at the beginning of 2017, they’ll remember that you wished them well on the holiday.
