And I got this from a talk from Eric Worre’s GoPro Recruiting Mastery last year.
And the five C’s are, you want somebody who’s confident, you want somebody who’s capable, you want somebody who’s a great communicator, you want somebody who’s committed, and you want somebody who’s coachable, somebody who’s gonna listen to what you say and follow you.
You know there are really three keys here to a great leader. Number one, you wanna communicate with your prospects, you want to educate people and you wanna instill confidence in your team.
