Hello everybody Dr. Steve here, my topic today is “Three Questions to Ask New Teammates”.
You know, when you start at with new teammates everybody has their own goal. But you may think that everyone wants to build a big business and guess what, not all of them do.
They may just want to join and go to events they may just wanna use the product. You need to figure out what it is they want and I’ve got three questions that you should ask all your teammates.
Number one, what are your goals and why they are important to you? Number two, what do you hope to accomplish here?
And number three, how can I help you as a coach to make you successful? In other words, do you just wanna try the products, do you want to move and rank advance very quickly.
