Hello everybody Dr. Steve here, my topic today is, “2 Words That Can Change Your Business.”
One is a positive word and one is a negative word.
First, “yet”; You know, if you’re talking to people and you say “I spoke to a lot of people”, “I recruited a lot of people but they’re not doing anything”, “My business has no monetary value” what are you doing?
You’re actually talking in the negative, so if you add the word “yet” by saying “I haven’t recruited anyone yet but I know I will”, “I haven’t recruited people who are successful yet” this keeps it more in the positive, it gives you hope.
A negative word is “overwhelm”. I remember talking to a coach once I said, “Oh my God! This week I was overwhelmed” what that does is it places limits on you.
